We build for advisors who guide owners through the most consequential transitions of their professional lives.
The skills library is the smallest thing we make. It carries a method into one chat. Everything else we do carries your firm's method across every engagement.
Three ways to work with us
Our skills
Methods extracted from the ELLA platform, written to be edited, and run in your own AI assistant. $99 at launch.
Your skills
We work with your top performers to turn their methodology into skills and knowledge agents, built from your own materials.
Your engagements
ELLA runs your methodology across every client engagement, in shared context the firm owns.

Services: your methodology, built into skills
Most firms have one or two advisors whose engagements everyone else tries to copy. Their method lives in their heads, their worksheets, their SOPs, and sometimes a book they've written. We sit with those advisors and turn that material into skills and knowledge agents the whole team can run, so the firm's best work stops depending on who's in the room.
We work in design sprints, so the firm reviews working output at the end of each one rather than waiting for a finished project.
The platform: every engagement in one place
Each client gets its own workspace for fact finding, sensemaking, and deliverables, with role-based access for everyone on the exit team. Chats default to private, ephemeral chats disappear from the workspace after an hour, and memory stays scoped to the client it belongs to.
How we handle client data
Every model request in ELLA runs under zero data retention. We hold first-party agreements with Anthropic, xAI, and MongoDB (for Voyage embeddings). Under those agreements, the provider processes the request but doesn't retain the prompt or the reply afterward, and doesn't train on that content. Our gateway only permits models covered by those agreements, so we enforce this in code rather than leaving it to a setting. Embeddings and dictation run under the same terms.
Zero data retention doesn't mean your data never leaves the workspace: the provider still processes each request to generate a reply. What it removes is retention and training.
We're SOC 2-ready.
